Presbyterian Village
Austell
Our Fees/Rates
Presbyterian
Village Athens/Oconee will offer a modified life care, Type B,
residency agreement featuring a 50% refundable entrance
fee. The entrance fee will purchase a residency
agreement and will include 20 days of nursing services per
resident, per year. Monthly fees will be set at the
actual cost of the type of care needed, increasing only when
assisted living or skilled nursing care are required.
All
amenities will be included at no extra charge in the entrance
fee/monthly fee.
Until
we determine the number and size of cottages, cluster homes
and apartments, we can only provide prospective residents with
estimated entrance and monthly fees.
